The key to our success is the process we make sure to follow during every job. Let’s take a look at this process and the steps that we take to ensure you, as the customer, are happy every time.

Free Consultation

Starting with the initial free consultation, Evergreen will visit your space and work with you to recommend plants and containers that will best suit your environment and enhance your interior color scheme, as well as the aesthetic of the room.

Design

After this consultation, we work with our whole team to create the perfect design just for you. This design may be amended, depending on what you like and don’t like and then perfected until it is the arrangement of your dreams. Once the design is approved, we will purchase your plants from our large pool of excellent growers, ensuring the best quality available.

Installation

Once this design is approved, and all the plants have been purchased, we then move into the installation phase. Our professional installation team will place your new plants and containers in your space and your permanently-assigned horticultural technician will visit weekly to completely care for and tend to your plants. We also often take the opportunity to work with your existing plants and containers, if you have already made that investment, as we would never want to waste a single living plant.

We are honored to have had the opportunity to work so closely with so many of our clients and would be so happy to have you join us as well. Our plants are available for lease or purchase and we customize all our arrangements so that it fits your budget. We also offer digital imaging and hand drawings for some projects, ask your sales representative!
